This new situation occasionally brings with it more stress, and in some cases teacher burn out and illness. Based on positive psychology and research by myself and others, new educational tools are presented: a sense of humor and laughter which, when properly used, manage to improve the health, flexibility, communication skills, and creativity of teachers, students and parents
